Research Interests
I am an Assistant Professor at Université Paris-Sud,
with the Parallel
Architectures team in the Laboratoire
de Recherche en Informatique.
My research interests are related to high-performance parallel computing.
-
HPF compilation systems
Diophantine equations for regular references : generating code
and vectorizing communications for affine multi-dimensional references
Irregular applications : inspector/executor trace management,
included in the ADAPTOR
compilation
system.
-
Parallel and distributed programming for realistic numerical applications.
This work is based on collaborations with end-users (chemistery, numerical
analysis, mechanics). The purpose is to compare on the core of realistic
applications various approach of parallel programming (message-passing,
data-parallelism with HPF, Java-based coupling of paralle/sequential codes).
-
Grid computing
I collaborate to the XtremWeb
project. In the area of global computing and P2P systems, my research interests
are parallel computing, result-checking and Grid interoperability.
I am currently on a research position at Laboratoire de l'Accelerateur
Lineaire (LAL), in the Auger
team. This collaboration targets result-checking for Global Computing,
and GC/Grid interoperability (see the research program - in French).
