Manuscripts will be evaluated based on their originality, technical
strength, quality of presentation, and relevance to the conference
scope. Only manuscripts that have neither appeared nor been submitted
previously for publication are allowed.
Authors are invited to submit a PDF manuscript of up to 8 pages in IEEE format
(10pt font, two-columns, single-spaced). Note that authors are not
obligated to fill 8 pages of text, as this is strictly just a maximum
limit.
