About accommodation

The conference and workshops will be held at the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) building on the north campus of the University of Michigan.

Conference and workshop attendees have two options for accommodation:

We have made arrangements for special conference pricing with both the University of Michigan Housing Office and the Holiday Inn.

The cost for dormitory rooms is $41.65 (single occupancy) and $27.05 (double occupancy) plus a nominal administrative fee. Each room has private bathroom, but is otherwise quite Spartan. Guests are provided with clean linens and towels on check-in but the rooms are not serviced during their stay.

The cost for rooms at the Holiday Inn is $92 plus 11% tax.

Ready? Going to registration & accommodation

Follow this link to register and, optionally, to book a dormitory room on the campus.

If you don't want to book a room on the campus, you must register by following the above link (option "not interested" in the Baits Lodging Application section) and then, book a room in one of the hotels in Ann Arbor. You can make reservations at the Holiday Inn. In the later case, please make sure that the special rate of $92 is applied. If it is not, check that the group code "SA6" is properly entered. (Note: the $92 rate at the Holiday Inn is available only through this link. You may also be able to get this rate by reserving with Holiday Inn directly and using Group Code SA6).
