Résumé :
Nowadays, understanding and managing data and knowledge dynamics is becoming cornerstone for many domains and for many applications. This is especially the case for the medical domain. Actually, its specificity such as its complexity in terms of quantity of data and knowledge available, of dynamics and of importance since patients life is involved require to be treated differently from other domains. In this talk the candidate will present his contributions in this field articulated around three main research lines: (i) medical knowledge representation in the case of clinical guidelines and the adaptation of patient treatments. (ii) medical knowledge evolution in the context of ontology mappings maintenance and (iii) medical knowledge validation through the presentation of a system based on question-answering to better involve domain expert in the ontology validation process. A discussion on open challenges will follow.
