They can be seen as most probable deformations that these shapes can undergo. Note how they are sensible, related to articulations or dress moves. The corresponding metric is consequently meaningful. For each image : - in red : the current shape taken from the sequence - in green : the mode of deformation - in black : the resulting shape Each mode is drawn twice, with positive and negative amplitudes, and histogram is shown below (see section 3.1) for information purpose.
