Tuna tartare
Ingredients

- tuna raw 250 g
- avocado avocadoes 1
- red onion red onions 0.5
- lime limes 1
- coriander
- ginger
- olive oil a good one
- soy sauce
Steps

Press the lime, cut thin slices of red oignon, and marinate the slices in the lime juice for at least 30 minutes, and ideally 2 hours or more.

Once the oignon is ready, cut the tuna in 1cm cubes, and put them in a large plate. Add coriander leaves, either whole or sliced into smaller pieces.

Add the ginger, olive oil, freshly ground back pepper, and soy sauce to taste.

Cut the avocado in 1cm cubes, and add them to the rest of the preparation, along with the red oignon slices (and the juice of the marinade).
Mix everything gently to avoid crushing the avocado cubes.

Serve immediately, as the lime juice will quickly denaturate ("cook") the tuna.
Notes
This dish goes very well with toasted bread and butter.
